About me

Aline Ball

I am a fully qualified integrative psychotherapist with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Working alongside people offering support and finding appropriate and creative ways to deal with personal difficulties is a privilege for me.

My experience in psychotherapy began in 1998 when I commenced working as a psychologist in a school and in private practice in Brazil.

Upon moving to the UK, I worked as a teacher for several years, which gave me a lot of experience with young people. In the UK, I have worked counselling children and adolescents at schools, supporting them in dealing with issues such as bullying, panic attacks, anxiety, self-harming, depression, and issues related to ADHD and ASD. In a counselling clinic, I have worked offering psychotherapy to adults with a variety of issues, including low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, bereavement, abuse and trauma in general.  In private practice, I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults.
